Control Antibodies are produced from the serum of goats, mice and rabbits that have not previously been immunized, and are purified using affinity chromatography with protein G, affinity chromatography and gel filtration chromatography, precipitation with ammonium sulfate or chromatography with protein A. They are used as control reagents for immunological analyses using appropriate polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies.
